"Awesome customer support"
I’m always on the lookout for sweaters, so it’s fantastic to find a dependable company that caters to my requirements! I even had a guy named Mig get in touch with me, and he was super helpful when I ran into a minor problem. All in all, a wonderful company!

"Overall, a fantastic experience despite a mix-up"
My order arrived super fast, and I really liked that I could choose my courier since Canada Post is pretty unreliable around here. The products matched the description perfectly in terms of quality, color, and size. They did mess up by sending the wrong item, but they were quick to fix it. Adiel from customer service was especially great. We’ll surely be placing another order soon.

"Navigating a New Supplier Experience"
At the start of working with a new supplier, it’s hard to know what to anticipate. We were quite pleased with the service we received from Needen. They did overlook a big chunk of our initial shipment. I really dislike it when first orders come up short because we don’t have an established rapport yet, and I never want the supplier to think we’re being dishonest. But this turned out to be no issue at all. Adiel from Needen handled everything promptly, and the missing items from our order showed up just in time for Christmas. Much appreciated!
